Does natural pest control really work?

We are all becoming more conscious of what we bring into our homes and expose to our families, children, pets and the environment.  Natural Home Solutions provides smarter, safer alternatives to chemicals, pesticides and toxins.  There are many safe and natural substances that can make your home and yard an undesirable habitat for pests. Our licensed and certified techs have the training to understand your environment and the ‘bug knowledge’ to determine the most effective technique and materials to solve almost any pest problem, without  causing harm to you, your children, pets or the environment.  

Does natural pest control cost more than conventional, toxic pest control?
No! It costs no more to make the right choice.  Our cleaning and pest control services cost no more than traditional solutions provided by conventional service companies.  You can request a quote online or call our office at 623-533-3890.

My pest control company says their solutions are safe.  Why should I use natural pest control?

At some level we all know pesticides are bad.  Neurotoxins designed to kill living things, by design, cannot be safe.  When you coat your property with substances that leave a trail of instantly dead bugs, there should be little doubt about toxicity. When those poisons wash into the soil around your home, the bugs come back so you are forced to repeat process of toxifying your personal environment over and over.  The good news is that now you have a choice!

What methods of payment do you accept?

Each time we come out to provide service, you will receive an invoice with a summary of the service provided, the products used and the balance due. You can pay the service technician by cash, check or credit card.  You can also set up convenient monthly debits with our electronic/online payments with our Easy Pay option.

Can I get a discount for paying for my services in advance?
Yes! We are happy to provide discounts for annual and semi-annual services paid in advance. If you would like to pay for an entire service plan of six or twelve treatments in advance, we will apply a 5-10% discount to the total.  Please call our office at 623-533-3890 for more information and discount options.

What if I am unable to be home for my scheduled service visit?
If you are unable to be home during your regularly scheduled pest control service call, for your convenience and ongoing protection, we will provide exterior service that targets pests where they nest and breed. We treat around the foundation of your home as well as the entry points to maintain the barrier.  House/Carpet Cleaning appointments require interior access, so we will be happy to arrange key access with you if you are unable to be home.Our technician will leave the invoice that includes a summary of the services provided and you can mail your payment or set up Easy Pay.

How will I know when you are coming out to provide my next service visit?
We make every attempt to consistently schedule your service at the same time each month.  You can refer to the previous month’s invoice that indicates the date of your next scheduled service.  We will also send you a reminder email a few days before your scheduled visit.  If you would like to schedule or change your appointment, please email us or call 623-533-3890.

Why is it important to have my home treated on schedule?
Most pest infestations begin outside so it is critical to treat your home regularly to create and maintain that barrier to entry and constantly flush pest out of their interior hiding spots.  

Is it normal to see an increase in pest activity after my initial service treatment?
Sometimes.  Because we don’t use toxic pesticides, you won’t instantly see a trail of dead bugs around your home.  Natural pest control is intended to drive pests out of their hiding places, so you may see some increased activity as they evacuate to seek new food sources.  With regular service, this will dramatically diminish, so that you very rarely, if ever, see pests.

What if I see lots of pests in between service visits?
With regular service, you should not experience any pest problems, however it is possible. If you are seeing more than an occasional live pest inside your home, we will come back and retreat your home at no additional charge.
